Nellie Reyes is the Founder of ASIAINA Non-Profit corporation. A Filipino-American Health Information Tech Specialist, Accountant and a Speaker-Author she leads a strong advocacy of uplifting the underserved Asians & diverse minority communities in North America especially women and the youth. 

She is passionate to help them find their inner courage and reach their highest potentials by providing them with the necessary tools to create their own systems which are duplicable and proven to work necessary to build their legacies early on in life.

Aggie Kobrin is founder and director of CEC Global Events and CEC Global LLC, event and media management companies that have produced excellent results for global clients. With 15 years in the event management industry, CEC Global has demonstrated expertise in areas ranging from conferences, corporate events, and nonprofit and association events locally and globally for hundreds to thousands of participants.

As event producer for the National Space Society Conferences since 2013, CEC Global has produced a dozen conferences, including the International Space Development Conferences and the Space Settlement Conferences. Aggie is director of publications for the society and managing editor of Ad Astra Magazine, she took over the design and management of Ad Astra seeing a need for an improved publication several years ago.

Noel Omega


Noel S. V. Omega co-founded the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles (FACC-GLA). Noel studied Electronics and Computer Engineering at Cal State L.A. and is currently the CEO of Omega Quadrant, LLC. Noel has diversified business interests in Information Technology outsourcing, Renewable Energy Development, and International trade & investments.

Noel promotes economic empowerment by working with various Filipino-American population hubs in the greater L.A. area and engages the youth to become champions of economic empowerment. Noel currently serves as president emeritus and lifetime advisor for the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Los Angeles and has helped establish various Filipino-American Chambers in Southern California.

Noel’s community leadership includes the Federation of Philippine American Chambers of Commerce/FPACC as Vice President of Public Relations, Kalayaan of Southern California (Chairman Emeritus), Jose P. Rizal Monument Movement, Los Angeles Mission College Foundation (former board member), Valley Voters Organized Toward Empowerment(Valley VOTE), Leyte-Samar Association, and, continues to speak on behalf of various civic and community interests. Noel also performs as a professional voiceover talent and emcees major events in his spare time.

Raziel F. Arcega, MBA, MAS is a Mompreneur, community leader, health and wellness advocate, a Certified Woman Minority Small Business Enterprise owner, a Certified Master in Advertising Specialties (MAS) professional, and a Certified Nutritional Coach.   She is the owner and operator of LNR Promotions, a marketing and promotions company dedicated to promoting and inspiring others to “Love, Nurture and Respect” themselves, the environment we live in, and the people and communities surrounding them us. 
She served in many different capacities in multi-Ethnic Chambers.   She is the Co-Founder and a Past President of the Asian Business Association Inland Empire.  Past Board Member and Officer for the Filipino Chamber of Commerce Orange County.
